How to Install the Advisena Chatbot

Installing the Advisena AI Chatbot on Your Website

  1. Go to the dashboard — click “Try” or “Get Started” on the website.
  2. Register quickly: enter your email and create a password.
  3. In the dashboard, upload documents related to your business — texts, PDF files. You can upload documents in different languages if your site is multilingual.
  4. Open the Advisena AI chatbot settings and create a new widget. Specify the language. If your site is multilingual, create one widget per language.
  5. In the widget list, copy the code snippet to add to your website.
  6. Paste the code inside the <body> tag on the desired pages.

Congratulations! You now have an AI chatbot on your website.
